Starting in 2012, the U.S. division needed to expand its hiring rapidly as commercial clients began to emerge from the global recession and seek technology assistance.
Our client’s recruiting leadership determined the best approach would be a combination of core salaried recruiting leadership and staff, offshore volume/low cost search for certain positions, and partnering with an RPO vendor in the U.S. able to aggressively source for the most challenging positions. Over an 18-month period, the project was so successful that demand for our services within the client skyrocketed. From an initial 40-hour-per-week proof of concept, the assignment has grown to average a Full-time Equivalent (FTE) of more than 15 and has supported every aspect of the client’s consulting business, as well as Corporate, Tax and Audit.
