Our kick-off call is all about you. We want to learn about your culture, your projects, and how your assignment fits within the big picture. Architect And Plan

Talent Orchard will develop a Go-To-Market strategy for each position as opposed to blindly posting the position and hoping for responses. Aspects of the plan include reviewing market research to identify target companies or individuals with similar experience, leveraging internal networks for referrals where appropriate, devising an outreach plan to include sourcing of comparable talent, social media, and marketing, as well as traditional position posting. As a client, you interact with one consultative partner from Talent Orchard. Everything else goes on behind the scenes, and your consultative partner will manage every step for you.

Typically, search agencies, contractors, and RPO firms assign requirements to a single recruiter for the duration of the search; we see this approach as a needless risk. At Talent Orchard, every requirement is sourced by more than one recruiter, allowing different perspectives and networks to impact the search. We hunt in packs to get you the best result in the shortest time. Leveraging the recruiting plan, our recruiters will source, screen and pre-qualify talent. The candidates we present will showcase what true quality recruiting support should be. Finally, we will work with you to manage the hiring process, as much or as little as you would prefer. We can focus on the front-end heavy lifting and deliver great talent into your system, or we can assist you through the process with logistical support and even interviewer training from our certified experts.

Tiffany Nguyen knew there was a better way for organizations to acquire talent. She developed an innovative approach and left a full-time position, so she could help any company, no matter the size. She founded Talent Orchard in 2010 as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). She assembled a team who understood the importance of developing deep relationships, person-by-person, across candidates and clients. Talent Orchard’s business is about people, and our people are:
